Thoughtful support helps young athletes build self-awareness, navigate challenges and strengthen the skills that matter both in sport and in life. Our role is to help you take the first step with clarity and confidence.
Our Approach
01
Share what you're noticing and what's on your mind. This helps us understand your athlete and what you're looking for.
02
We ask a few thoughtful questions about your child, their sport, their experiences and what support might be helpful.
03
We recommend practitioners whose experience and approach align with your athlete's needs and your preferences.
04
You review profiles, learn about their approach and choose who feels like the right fit. We're here to guide you.

What you can expect
Fill in a short form. Your athlete's sport and age, and what you're noticing — nerves before games, confidence dips, pressure, whatever it is. You don't need to have it all figured out. Ticking what sounds familiar is enough.
Takes about two minutes.
You won't be handed a list of strangers to sift through. A real person reads your request and matches your athlete with a vetted sport psychologist who fits their sport, age, and what they're working through.
Every practitioner is vetted before they work with a child.
You set it up and consent before anything starts. Sessions are arranged directly with the practitioner, at a time that works for your family.
Nothing happens with your child without you setting it up first.
What your child talks about in sessions stays private between them and their practitioner, that's what helps them open up. You'll hear about general progress, so you're never in the dark.
If it's ever not the right fit, tell us and we'll help.
Whether you're looking for clarity, reassurance or simply someone to talk to, we're here.
